Gage Gardens is a 27-acre garden in the heart of downtown Marathon.
Native landscaping, a rose garden, a pond, a mini putting green, and a dedicated dog park are just a few of the perks of this beautiful outdoor park.
Free and open to the public daily from 8 AM to 5 PM, unless there's a private event. Gage Gardens is available for weddings and as a special event venue. Contact the Gage Hotel for booking information.
The gardens attract butterflies and during the monarch migration, monarchs can be sighted in great numbers.
The garden looks beautiful in all seasons. Fall and Spring bring beautiful rose blooms. Fall brings beautiful colors to the many tree species.
Benches make great spots to watch the many bird species that pass through this region.
